Options issued

The Board of Directors in AF Gruppen ASA has issued 4,850,000 share options to 1 286 employees in 2026, in accordance with the Power of Attorney given by the General Meeting on May 13, 2026. The strike price for the options is NOK 185.35 and the options may be exercised in 2029.

Total outstanding options are after this issue 4,850,000.
