Soiltech ASA (OSE: STECH) Sandnes, Norway, 04. June 2026

With reference to the stock exchange announcement dated 29 May 2026 regarding the exercise of 75 000 share options in Soiltech ASA by board member Eirik Flatebø.

The Company's share capital is now 1,151,550.01 divided into 8,858,077 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.13. The share capital increase has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
