ALNG ASA – Appointment of Interim CEO

ALNG ASA (Currently in the process of register name change from Awilco LNG ASA, “the Company”) is pleased to announce that Mr. Jens-Julius Ramdahl Nygaard has been appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company with immediate effect. Mr. Nygaard has been on the Board of Directors of the Company since 2020 until the AGM in 2026. Up until resuming the position as interim CEO he has served as Managing Director of Awilco AS since 2012 and brings extensive leadership and industry experience from senior roles within the Awilco group including being a Director of the Board in Integrated Wind Solutions ASA. He has broad experience over more than 20 years from shipping, corporate management, finance and strategic development.
