Golden Energy Offshore Services ASA ("GEOS" or the "Company"), has today held the 2026 annual general meeting (“AGM”) as virtual meeting with online participation, as called for on 20 May 2026. All resolutions were made in accordance with the proposals set out in the meeting notice.
