Wallenius Wilhelmsen: Allocation of shares under the long-term incentive program

Today, Wallenius Wilhelmsen transferred 76,555 shares under Wallenius Wilhelmsen's long-term incentive program ("LTI"). The purpose of the LTI program is to drive the growth and performance of Wallenius Wilhelmsen leading to long-term value creation and thus increased shareholder value.

The value of the LTI program is directly linked to four elements:

1) Wallenius Wilhelmsen ROCE development 2) Wallenius Wilhelmsen Market Capitalization development 3) Wallenius Wilhelmsen’s strategic success 4) Wallenius Wilhelmsen’s sustainability achievements

After the transfer, Wallenius Wilhelmsen holds 233,817 of its own shares.

The list below sets out the primary insiders that today have been allocated Wallenius Wilhelmsen shares under the LTI program:

- Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Lasse Kristoffersen received 18,938 shares today, as described in the attached notification. Following the award, Mr. Kristoffersen holds 52,038 shares in the company directly and through controlled companies.

- Chief Strategy and Development Officer Michael Hynekamp received 15,692 shares today, as described in the attached notification. Following the award, Mr. Hynekamp holds 176,595 shares in the company.

- COO Logistics Services John Felitto received 7,395 shares today, as described in the attached notification. Following the award, Mr. Felitto holds 74,445 shares in the company.

- COO Shipping Services Xavier Leroi received 8,731 shares today, as described in the attached notification. Following the award, Mr. Leroi holds 79,636 shares in the company.

- Chief Communications and Marketing Officer Anette Maltun-Kofoed received 3,421 shares today, as described in the attached notification. Following the award, Mrs. Maltun-Kofoed holds 5,431 shares in the company.

- Chief Customer Officer Pia Synnerman received 7,346 shares today, as described in the attached notification. Following the award, Mrs. Synnerman holds 7,346 shares in the company.
