Veidekke: Building More Homes at Hinna in Stavanger
Veidekke has been awarded a contract by K2 Bolig and Bane NOR Eiendom to construct the second phase of the Hinnavågen residential development in Stavanger, comprising 44 apartments across three apartment buildings. The contract is a design and build agreement valued at NOK 114 million excluding VAT.

Combined, the two phases will comprise 73 corner apartments ranging from 43 to 127 square metres, all featuring spacious balconies and between one and three bedrooms. The development will offer a warm and charming townhouse atmosphere, with homes distributed across five buildings of four and five storeys. Hinnavågen is located in an established residential area within easy reach of schools, sports facilities, the bus transit route, a bathing beach, and green recreational areas. The neighbourhood also offers a wide range of shops and services within walking distance.
"We are very satisfied with the sales launch of the second phase and the positive market response, and we look forward to commencing construction of the next stage of the project. In total, more than 60 per cent of the homes across the entire development have now been sold, indicating that the concept has been very well received," says Sølvi Sandstøl, Project Director at K2 Bolig.

The contract will be included in Veidekke's order backlog for the second quarter of 2026.
