Veidekke: Phase Two of Eikeparken Residential Development in Stavanger
Veidekke has been awarded a contract by Base Bolig and Bori BBL to construct the second phase of the Eikeparken residential development at Kristianslyst in Stavanger. The project comprises 38 apartments distributed across two residential buildings. The contract is a design and build agreement valued at NOK 109 million excluding VAT.

Eikeparken is situated in a quiet and secluded area of Kristianslyst, within close proximity to the bus rapid transit route, schools, sports facilities and green recreational areas. The apartments will range in size from 44 to 125 square metres and will be distributed between two buildings of four and five storeys, respectively. Residents will have access to shared fitness facilities as well as a guest apartment for overnight visitors.
