Incentive Investment Funds ICAV's holding in Tieto below 5%

Tieto Corporation  STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 1 April 2026 5:00 p.m. EEST

Tieto Corporation has received a notification in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act. The holding of Incentive Investment Funds ICAV has fallen below the 5% threshold on 31 March 2026.

Incentive AS acts as discretionary portfolio manager on behalf of inter alia the sub-funds of Incentive Investment Funds ICAV. Voting rights controlled by Incentive AS is still above the 5% threshold.

Tieto's registered total number of shares and voting rights is currently 117 250 150.
