Holding of Incentive AS in Tieto below 5%

Tieto Corporation has received a notification in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act. The holding of Incentive AS has fallen below the 5% threshold on 22 June 2026.

Incentive AS acts as discretionary portfolio manager on behalf of certain funds and separately managed accounts.

Tieto's registered total number of shares and voting rights is currently 115 480 150.
