Techstep ASA appoints Håvard Haukdal as permanent CFO

Techstep ASA (Techstep) announces that Håvard Haukdal, who has served as interim Chief Financial Officer since 1 May 2026, has been permanently appointed as CFO of Techstep and has entered into an employment agreement with the Company.

He has become a trusted colleague, both within the Leadership Team and across Techstep, and has made a positive impact from day one. Håvard combines strong financial expertise with a collaborative and down-to-earth leadership style that fits well with our culture. Håvard Haukdal brings more than two decades of strategic, operational and cross -border financial leadership experience from the energy, technology and industrial sectors. His previous roles include senior positions with PwC, Hafslund and Norsk Hydro, and most recently CFO of Kyoto Group. His experience covers corporate finance, strategic financial management, financial reporting, business development, capital markets communication, governance and compliance, as well as finance transformation and process optimisation.
