18 February 2026: Reference is made to the stock announcement on 16 February 2026, where SmartCraft ASA (the "Company") launched an offer to buy back shares in the Company for a total consideration of up to NOK 75 million (the "Offering").

Based on feedback from investors, the Company intends to acquire shares in the Offering at a price between NOK 17.50 and NOK 18.00.

The Offering is carried out by means of a reverse book building process within above price range, which ends on 20 February at 16:30 (CET). The Company has mandated DNB Carnegie, a part of DNB Bank ASA as sole bookrunner. Shareholders wanting to sell shares in the Offering are required to complete and send the offer form to DNB Carnegie at demand@dnb.no before 20 February 2026 at 16:30 (CET). Existing customers of DNB Carnegie can contact DNB Carnegie at +47 24 16 90 20 with their respective volume and price.

The Company will - in the event of receiving offers for more than the share equivalent to NOK 75 million at a price acceptable for the Company, allocate shares at its discretion in accordance with the best interest of the Company, with the equal treatment of shareholders as the primary objective.
