Allocation of shares as part of the savings programme for employees

The shares purchased by SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge ASA in the period from 8 May to 12 May 2026, for use in the group's savings programme for employees, have been distributed to the employees 19 May 2026, at a price of NOK 189.9388. After allocation the banks total holding of own shares is 47,067 shares which corresponds to 0.01 percent of the issued shares. A list of primary insiders' acquisitions of shares is attached.
