Status of share buy-back programme after week 37

SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge ASA announced 28 July 2026 that the company had decided to initiate a share buy-back programme comprising up to 1.0 percent of the company's own shares, which represents a total of 3,717,017 shares.

During week 37 of 2026 SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge ASA has purchased 187,888 own shares at an average price of 225.8041 per share. Overview of transactions and transaction log is attached.

Following completion of the above transactions, SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge ASA has purchased 732,554 own shares under the share buy-back programme, corresponding to 0.20 % of the bank’s issued shares.
