REC Silicon ASA - New share capital registered

Reference is made to previous announcements made by REC Silicon ASA (the "Company") regarding the fully underwritten rights issue of 4,078,000,000 new shares in the Company (the "Rights Issue"). Reference is further made to the announcement made by the Company on 17 April 2026 regarding the resolution by the Board of Directors to issue 113,000,457 new shares in the Company (the "Underwriting Commission Shares") as settlement of the underwriting fee that Anchor AS is entitled to as underwriter of the Rights Issue.

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the Underwriting Commission Shares has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new share capital is NOK 461,162,611.60 divided on 4,611,626,116 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.10.

Advisors: Arctic Securities AS acted as manager and bookrunner in connection with the Rights Issue. Advokatfirmaet Schjødt AS acted as legal advisor to the Company in connection with the Rights Issue.
