Henning Jensen resigns as chair of Pryme N.V.'s supervisory board

Pryme N.V. (the “Company”) announces that Henning Jensen will leave his position as chair and member of the supervisory board of directors of Pryme N.V. The resignation takes effect on 11 February 2026.
The Company will invite for a general meeting which will consider the composition of Pryme N.V.’s supervisory board shortly.
