Pryme N.V. – Removal from trading
Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of PRYME N.V. from trading on Euronext Oslo Børs. Pursuant to Rule Book II pkt. 3.17.2 (2), Euronext Oslo Børs has on 23 June 2026 made the following resolution: “The shares of Pryme N.V. will be removed from trading on Euronext Growth Oslo as of 25 August 2026. The last day of trading will be 24 August 2026.”
