Polar Resources – Registered share capital

Oslo, 16 September 2026 – Polar Resources AS (the “Company” or “Polar Resources”) (Euronext Growth Oslo: POLAR) announces registration of share capital.

Reference is made to the extraordinary general meeting on 11 September 2026, where inter alia a share capital increase by increasing the par value of the shares was approved. The share capital increase has now been registered with the Register of Business Enterprises and the new, registered share capital is NOK 1,425,285.70 divided into 14,252,857 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.
