Otovo ASA: Resolution to increase share capital

The Board of Directors of Otovo ASA (the "Company") has today resolved to increase the share capital of the Company by issuing 56,974 new shares as payment for services rendered to the Company. The shares will be issued at a subscription price equal to their nominal value of NOK 0.10 per share. Following registration of the share capital increase with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, the share capital of the Company will be NOK 8,348,878,20, divided into 83,488,782 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.
