OTL – DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Odfjell Technology Ltd (“Odfjell Technology” or the “Company”, OSE:OTL), notes that Harald Thorstein has informed the board of his decision to step down from his role as Non-Executive Director of Odfjell Technology with effect from today, 30 April 2026.

Pursuant to the Company’s Bye-Laws, Odfjell Technology is pleased to announce the appointment of Niels C. Kirk as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective 1 May 2026.

Mr Kirk brings more than 40 years of international banking and corporate finance experience, with a particular focus on the energy, natural resources and capital-intensive sectors. He is Co-founder and Executive Chairman of Kirk Lovegrove & Company Ltd, a London-based energy-focused corporate finance advisory firm.

Prior to this, Mr Kirk held a number of senior leadership roles at Citigroup, including Chairman and Managing Director of the EMEA Energy & Natural Resources Group, as well as Head of EMEA Strategic Capital and Corporate Finance. During his tenure, he was responsible for coverage of major global clients across the energy, commodities and industrial sectors, and played a leading role in developing strategic capital solutions and financing structures across EMEA.

Mr Kirk currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Subsea 7 S.A. and has previously served on the advisory board of Advanced Power.

His appointment fills the vacancy created by Mr Thorstein’s resignation and maintains the Board’s size at four directors.
