Reference is made to the stock announcement published 27 June 2022, under which Jone Torstensen, a primary insider of Odfjell Technology Ltd (the “Company”), was granted options in the Company under an employee long-term incentive plan, exercisable in shares in the Company or cash settlement based on the share value.
