Ocean Sun AS – New share capital registered

Lysaker, Norway, 18 June 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Ocean Sun AS (the "Company") on 11 June 2026, regarding the resolution to issue 40,000,000 new shares (the "Offer Shares") in connection with the share offering of new shares in the Company to raise gross proceeds of NOK 20,000,000 (the "Offering").

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the Offer Shares has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret).

Following the registration, the Company's share capital is NOK 899,348.20, divided into 89,934,820 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.01. For more information about the Offering, please see the above mentioned announcement.
