Nykode Therapeutics ASA - New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Nykode Therapeutics ASA (the "Company") on 27 August 2026 regarding the successful private placement of 65,000,000 new shares in the Company (the "Offer Shares") at a subscription price of NOK 4.40 per Offer Share (the "Private Placement").

The share capital increase pertaining to the Private Placement has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the registration, the share capital of the Company is NOK 3,915,464.44, divided into 391,546,444 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.01.

The Offer Shares are tradable on Euronext Oslo Børs as of today.
