Mandatory notification of trade

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published on 27 August 2026 by Nykode Therapeutics ASA ("Nykode" or the "Company", ticker code "NYKD") regarding the successful placing of a private placement (the "Private Placement") of 65,000,000 new shares in the Company at a subscription price of NOK 4.4 per share (the "Offer Shares").
