Nordic Mining: Update on liquidity situation and bondholder dialogue

Oslo, Norway - September 04, 2026. Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements published by Nordic Mining ASA ("Nordic Mining" or the "Company") and its subsidiary Engebø Rutile and Garnet AS ("ERG") on 7 August 2026 regarding the Company's production ramp-up, liquidity situation and regulatory status.

As of today, Nordic Mining continues constructive dialogues with bondholders regarding a near-term financing solution through a potential tap issue. The dialogue with the bondholders, and other stakeholders, remains focused on reaching a solution within the coming days. The Company will provide further updates when appropriate.
