Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR) and persons closely associated with them (KRT-1500)

1st of September ACAPITAL Medi Holdco AS and WQZ Investments Group Ltd disclosed the following:

“In connection with the liquidation of ACAPITAL Medi Holdco AS (under liquidation), all of the company’s 1,815,978 shares in Medistim ASA were distributed as liquidation proceeds on 31 August 2026. Following this distribution, ACAPITAL Medi Holdco AS (under liquidation) no longer owns any shares in Medistim ASA. Upon the distribution of the liquidation proceeds, WQZ Investments Group Ltd received 1,815,978 shares in Medistim ASA and thereafter owns 1,815,978 shares in Medistim ASA, corresponding to 9.9% of the shares and votes in the company”

Peder Strand is a board member in Medistim ASA and primary insider in Medistim ASA. Attached is the PDMR notice sent to Finanstilsynet (Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority)
