Komplett ASA: Major holding disclosure

On 25 May 2026, Caroline Marie Hagen Kjos has assumed control of Tvist 1 AS and indirect control of Canica AS.

Canica AS is the sole shareholder of Canica Invest AS, which in turn holds 74,376,317 shares in Komplett ASA, representing approximately 42.4% of the total outstanding shares and voting rights in the company.

This notification is made pursuant to the disclosure requirements set out in Section 4-2 cf. Section 4-4 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
