Komplett ASA: Vebjørn Torsetnes appointed permanent CEO

Oslo, 30 April 2026: The board of directors of Komplett ASA has today appointed Vebjørn Torsetnes as permanent chief executive officer (CEO). Torsetnes has served as interim CEO since March 2026 and assumes the permanent position with immediate effect.

"The board of directors has unanimously decided to offer Vebjørn Torsetnes a permanent position as CEO of Komplett Group and is pleased that he has accepted. Since day one, Torsetnes has demonstrated strong operational expertise, across both digital and physical retail.
