Komplett ASA: Status on share buy-back programme

Oslo, 31 August 2026: On 21 August 2026, Komplett ASA (the "Company" or "Komplett") announced the initiation of a non-discretionary share buy-back programme for up to 2,000,000 existing shares in Komplett, equivalent to 1.14 per cent of Komplett's shares in issue, with the purpose of facilitating the future exercise of options under the Company's Long-Term Incentive (LTI) programme. The maximum aggregate amount allocated to the buy-back programme is NOK 18 million.

In the period from 21 August 2026 to 28 August 2026, Komplett purchased a total of 113 700 own shares at Euronext Oslo Børs at an average price of NOK 7.2519 per share. Since the commencement of the buy-back programme, Komplett has purchased a total of 113 700 own shares, corresponding to approximately 0.06 per cent of the shares in issue.
