Kongsberg Gruppen ASA – First day of trading exclusive the right to shares in Kongsberg Maritime ASA

23 April 2026 – Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Kongsberg Gruppen ASA ("KOG ASA") on 22 April 2026, regarding the last day of trading for the KOG ASA share inclusive the right to receive shares in Kongsberg Maritime ASA. The shares of KOG ASA will from today, 23 April 2026, be traded exclusive of right to receive shares in KM ASA.
