Annual General Meeting held on 13. April 2026

Today, 13. April 2026, KONGSBERG held its Annual General Meeting. All proposals on the agenda were adopted according to the Board's proposal. The Board's proposal for a dividend of total NOK 5.70 per share for 2025 was adopted.
