Hynion AS - Delisting

Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of Hynion AS from trading on Euronext Growth Oslo. Pursuant to Rule Book II section 3.17.2 (1), Euronext Oslo Børs has on 26 October 2026 made the following resolution: "The shares of Hynion AS will be delisted from Euronext Growth Oslo as of 28 October 2026. The last day of admission to trading will be 27 October 2026."
