Huddly AS – Q2 2026: Revenues of MNOK 50, gross margin at 49 %
Oslo, 26 August, 2026: Huddly reported revenues in Q2 2026 of NOK 50.4 million, a reduction of 11 % compared to Q2 2025. Adjusted for tariff-related channel stocking in Q2 2025 and currency effects, organic revenue growth in Q2 2025 was 13 % year-over-year. Gross profit ended at NOK 24.5 million, an increase of 1 % compared to Q2 2025. The Gross margin improved to 49 % in the quarter, up from 43% in Q2 2025.
Revenues in Q2 were lower than forecast primarily due to a longer-than-planned commercial roll-out process with some of Huddly’s strategic partners.
“Huddly’s strategic partnerships were further strengthened during the quarter, and the first bundles started shipping to end customers – moving Lenovo and Jabra into the scaling phase of the partner journey, with volumes expected to gradually ramp up through the coming quarters”, said Rósa Stensen, CEO of Huddly.
In June, Huddly launched enhanced AI functionality for the C1 to support the next generation Microsoft Teams IntelliFrame. The solution enables AI video structured understanding from the C1 to be shared with Teams through a dedicated AI data channel. This marks a step towards AI that understands not just conversations, but the people and spaces around them.
The AI-native Huddly Crew+ platform, combining Huddly C1 with the new E1 device, will launch in Q1 2027. It will extend Huddly’s modular solution with both video and audio for every room size.
In light of the revenue development in Q2 2026, the Board of Directors has decided to adjust the revenue target. The Company targets a revenue of NOK 230-300 million in 2026, NOK 500-600 million in 2027, and NOK 650-800 million in 2028, with a target of generating positive cash flow from the second half of 2027. Target gross margin remains at approximately 45-50 %. Revenue is expected to increase significantly over the coming quarters as new strategic partner offerings are gradually rolled out.
Today, Huddly announces a contemplated private placement of between NOK 50 – 70 million to inter alia bridge funding until expected cash flow positive in second half of 2027. See separate stock exchange release for details concerning the contemplated private placement. The change in the financial calendar and the acceleration of the publication of the Q2 2026 results to today are due to the contemplated private placement.
The Q2 2026 presentation will be held on Zoom by CEO Rósa Stensen and CFO Abhijit Banik on 27 August 2026 at 08:00 CET. A Q&A will follow directly after the presentation. Questions may be submitted to ir@huddly.com or live during the session.
