EXACT Therapeutics: Announces webcast regarding strategic intent to delist the company’s shares from listing on Euronext Growth, Oslo

Oslo, Norway, 1 June 2026. Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published 29 May 2026 by EXACT Therapeutics AS (the "Company", Euronext Growth ticker: EXTX), a clinical-stage precision medicine company, announcing that the Board proposes a delisting of the Company’s ordinary shares, which are currently listed on Euronext Growth Oslo.

In connection with the Board’s proposal to delist the Company’s shares from Euronext Growth Oslo, The Company will host a webcast (in English) on Thursday, 4 June 2026, at 9:30 AM CET.

The presentation will be held by the Chair of the Board, Anders Wold; the Company’s CEO, Per Walday; and CFO, John M. Edminson.

There will also be a Q&A session after the presentation.
