EXACT Therapeutics: Further information for shareholders regarding the delisting

Oslo, Norway, 5 October 2026 - Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by EXACT Therapeutics AS ("EXACT" or the "Company") on 4 September 2026 regarding information to shareholders in connection with the upcoming delisting of the Company's shares from Euronext Growth Oslo.

The Company has today published further practical information for shareholders ahead of the delisting. The information reiterates the previously communicated timetable and provides additional guidance regarding shareholder communication, registration of the Company's shares in VPS and the practical process for transferring shares following the delisting.

As previously announced, the last day of trading in EXACT shares on Euronext Growth Oslo will be 9 October 2026, and the shares will be removed from trading with effect from 12 October 2026.

Shareholders do not need to take any action in order to retain ownership of their shares as a result of the delisting.
