EXACT Therapeutics AS – Removal from trading

Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of EXACT Therapeutics AS from trading on Euronext Growth Oslo. Pursuant to Rule Book II pt. 3.17.2 (2), Euronext Oslo Børs has on 30 June 2026 made the following resolution: “The shares of EXACT Therapeutics AS will be removed from trading on Euronext Growth Oslo as of 12 October 2026. The last day of trading will be 09 October 2026.”
