Eqva ASA: Share capital registered

19 June 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Eqva ASA ("EQVA") published on 2 February 2026 regarding the acquisition of Einar Øgrey Farsund.

As part of the consideration, NOK 23,185,776.88 is settled by the issuance of 6,001,691 new shares in EQVA (the "Consideration Shares") to the sellers at a subscription price of NOK 3.8632 (rounded) per Consideration Share.

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the Consideration Shares has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following this, EQVA's share capital is NOK 4,458,881.70 divided into 89,177,634 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.05 and carrying one vote each.
