Energy Holdings: Changes to Board of Directors

Limassol, Cyprus -- 25 September 2026 -- SED Energy Holdings Plc ("Energy Holdings" or the "Company") announces that Alf C. Thorkildsen has informed the Board of Directors that he will retire from the Board of Directors and step down as Chairman and board member with effect from 25 September 2026. Board member Kjell E. Jacobsen will assume the role of Chairman from the same date.

As a representative of HitecVision, Mr Thorkildsen has played a central role in the group's development since the establishment of Energy Drilling. His extensive industry experience, strategic guidance and longstanding commitment have been instrumental in Energy Drilling's growth and the subsequent establishment and development of Energy Holdings.

The Board and management extend their sincere gratitude to Mr Thorkildsen for his leadership and significant contribution to the group over the years.
