Endúr ASA – New share capital registered

8 June 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Endúr ASA (the "Company") on 21 May 2026 regarding the completion of the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Engelsen Total AS. As announced therein, and as part of the completion of the acquisition, the board of directors of Endúr resolved to increase Endúr's share capital by NOK 71,764.50 by the issuance of 143,529 new shares to the Sellers (the "Consideration Shares"), as partly settlement of the consideration payable by Endúr for the acquisition.

The share capital increase of NOK 71,764.50 has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises:

New share capital: NOK 25,668,211.50 New total number of shares: 51,336,423 Par value of each share: NOK 0.50
