Fjord Defence Group ASA – Ex right to receive subscriptions rights in conditional subsequent repair offering today

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Fjord Defence Group ASA ("Fjord Defence Group" or the "Company") earlier today on 18 June 2026 regarding the successful private placement of new shares in the Company, raising gross proceeds of approximately NOK 412.5 million (the "Private Placement"), and the contemplated conditional subsequent repair offering of up to 2,500,000 new shares for the same subscription price as in the Private Placement (the "Subsequent Offering").

The shares in Fjord Defence Group (Ticker: DFENS) will be traded ex the right to receive subscription rights in the Subsequent Offering as of today, 18 June 2026.
