Strong financial performance and according to plan - Cloudya and Kuba with growth and profitability expansion - NOK 52m ARR (+53%) and NOK 17m signed

Growing and attractive revenue base - Strong pro forma revenue growth of 74% YoY, reaching NOK 17.7 million - 74% recurring revenues providing a robust base and visibility

In advanced talks with several possible acquisition / investment targets.

CodeLab had cash of NOK 13.8 million at end of June.
