Cambi ASA: Key information relating to an additional cash dividend payment

Reference is made to the annual general meeting in 2026 of Cambi ASA, during which the Board of Directors was authorised to resolve the distribution of additional dividends based on the annual accounts for 2025.

In line with the authorisation, the Board of Directors of Cambi ASA has approved the following additional cash dividend payment for the financial year 2025:

- Dividend amount: 0.45 - Declared currency: NOK - Date of approval: 3 November 2026 - Last day including rights: 5 November 2026 - Ex-date: 6 November 2026 - Record date: 9 November 2026 - Payment date: on or about 18 November 2026
