Bouvet ASA Board Approval of Final Financial Statements for 2025

The Board of Directors of Bouvet ASA has approved the Group's and the parent company's annual financial statements for 2025. The final financial statements are in line with the preliminary accounts presented together with the report for the fourth quarter of 2025 on 13 February 2026.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on 13 May 2026.
