Fred. Olsen Windcarrier – Long term O&M Contract Awarded

Fred. Olsen Windcarrier AS (“FOWIC”), a subsidiary of Bonheur ASA, has entered into a long term agreement with Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy (“Siemens Gamesa”) for the provision of offshore wind operations and maintenance (“O&M”) services utilizing either Bold Tern or Brave Tern for Siemens Gamesa turbines up to, and including, 15 MW. Operations under the agreement are expected to commence during 1Q2028 with a firm duration of 10 years and with additional optional periods. The agreement otherwise reflects negotiated market terms and conditions. This agreement further extends a long-lasting relationship between the two companies and strengthens FOWIC’s position within O&M, especially for the high-end segment.
