AKVA group ASA: New land based contract

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published on April 21 where AKVA group ASA ("AKVA") was awarded a contract from Laxey EHF ("Laxey") for the design and delivery of a smolt facility at Westman Islands, Iceland.

The realization of the contract and AKVA's delivery was subject to Laxey obtaining the necessary financing. This condition was lifted today following Laxey's announcement that the financing for the project is completed. The estimated contract value related to AKVA's delivery is MEUR 28, whereof the first phase is approximately MEUR 14,5.
