Akastor ASA: Sale of Skandi Emerald by DDW Offshore

Akastor ASA's (OSE: AKAST, "Akastor") subsidiary DDW Offshore AS ("DDW Offshore") has entered into a binding agreement to sell the vessel "Skandi Emerald" for a purchase price of USD 23 million. The agreement is entered into on Saleform 2012 terms, suitably amended for the transaction.

Completion of the agreement is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to take place in Q2 2026. Following the vessel sale, DDW Offshore's revolving credit facility will be reduced from USD 16 million to USD 8 million.
