Building a new zero-emission facility in Drammen

Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has signed a contract with Ragn-Sells AS for the construction of a new zero‑emission facility for commercial waste at Eikhaugen in Drammen. The contract is a turnkey agreement with a value of approximately NOK 200 million, excluding VAT.

The new facility will have a footprint of around 5,000 square metres GFA and will include a production hall, a washing hall, garages, technical rooms, and an administration section with offices, a canteen, and changing rooms. The project also comprises groundwork and outdoor works, infrastructure, and stormwater management.

Project start-up is scheduled for May 2026.
