AQUALIS ASA - New name registered

Reference is made to the announcement on 27 May 2026 by ABL Group ASA (the “Company”) regarding approval by the Annual General Meeting in the Company to, inter alia, change the Company's name from ABL GROUP ASA to AQUALIS ASA.

The new name is now registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

New ticker (AQUA) and name on Oslo Stock Exchange are scheduled to take effect from 17 June 2026.
