Major shareholding notification - correction

Correction to the notification of major shareholding that was published on 24 September 2026 at 15.28.

The calculation is rectified to include the consideration shares (issuance announced as of 22 September 2026) which were not included in the previous calculation.

After the Transaction, the funds and separate accounts managed by Incentive AS own 7.81 % of the voting rights and total outstanding shares in the Company.
