2020 Bulkers Ltd. Amendment of last day inclusive

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by 2020 Bulkers Ltd. (the "Company") on 22 September 2026 regarding a contemplated private placement in the Company of up to USD 175 million at USD 0.299 per share (the "Private Placement") and a potential subsequent repair offering of at the same subscription price as in the Private Placement (the "Subsequent Offering").

The Company has resolved to amend the last day inclusive of right to participate in the Subsequent Offering to today, 23 September 2026. Shareholders that owned shares in the Company as of 23 September 2026 (as recorded on 25 September 2026), that were not allocated shares in the Private Placement and that are eligible for participation in the Subsequent Offering, will receive non-tradable rights to participate in the Subsequent Offering. For the avoidance of doubt, shareholders that sold their shares on 23 September 2026 or earlier will not receive rights to participate.

The Subsequent Offering remains conditional upon completion of the Private Placement. Further details regarding the Subsequent offering will be communicated in due course.
